Every 100 Ton plant is custom-built to the ground it will run on, so we quote each one rather than publish a single list price. Build time is one to three weeks. The 100 Ton runs at 1,200 GPM. That is the flow through the plant, not the volume you have to haul — most operations recirculate off a settling pond, so a single water source keeps the plant producing for days. Sizing the pond and pump to your ground is part of the quote.
Diesel or electric, configured with the plant. Diesel is the usual choice on remote claims with no line power. Electric makes sense where you already have a generator set or grid supply on site.
The 100 Ton handles feed up to 18 inches. Oversize is screened and rejected rather than jamming the plant, which is what keeps a plant running a full shift instead of stopping to clear a blockage. How you feed it matters here too.
The ~30 feet sluice recovers 95-98% down to 200 mesh. Recovery of very fine and flour gold depends as much on how the material is fed and how the sluice is run as it does on the plant itself.
